You can download your Tax Invoice online by logging into your ‘My Account’ section and clicking on ‘Orders’.

Tax Invoices are provided in PDF format only.

Tax invoices are only provided for orders which are fully paid. If you have not paid for your order yet, you will only be able to download a Proforma Invoice.

BARGO is a wholly Namibian-owned company and listed under the retail trading sector. We are an online grocery and stationary shop.

Yes it is safe. We don’t ask any banking or credit card information. Our servers are also secured with 256-bit encryption. This is confirmed by your browser’s green bar with the security icon.

Furthermore, you can pay securely by purchasing a BARGO recharge voucher from participating vendors. You can also pay by making an EFT payment via online banking into our bank account.

BARGO Vouchers:

Once you have your voucher, simply scratch the grey area on the voucher to reveal your secret code. Then, log into your account dashboard, enter your voucher code and click the ‘Recharge’ button.

The money will be loaded into your account and you can now click and pay for items easily online!

You are liable for the safe keeping of your BARGO voucher. Please take care not to loose your voucher. Also, please do not share your secret voucher code with anyone.

This will be communicated in due course in print and radio media.

BARGO Vouchers are an easier way to pay for purchases online. BARGO vouchers work similar to the MTC or TN Mobile Voucher modality. For example, once you recharge your MTC account you are able to buy data bundles.

Similarly, BARGO Vouchers are used to recharge your BARGO account balance. Once an order is placed online, the funds are immediately deducted from your BARGO account balance.

  • Below your welcome greeting, enter your voucher code into the white box
  • Click ‘Recharge Account’
  • Refresh the page to see your new updated account balance

Remember to choose your BARGO Account balance on checkout as your payment method.

Delivery Questions:

Yes you can! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your BARGO account
  2. Click on ‘My Account’
  3. Click on ‘Orders’

You can now view the status of all your orders online on this screen!

Remember, BARGO sends out SMS messages to your cellphone number as soon as the status of your order changes. Make sure your cellphone number is used as your contact number and that it is saved in international format (e.g +26481001234).

We currently only deliver to Windhoek residents. We will soon deliver to customers in Swakopmund and other towns.

Most deliveries are free, but we normally charge a small delivery fee. The latest delivery fee will be displayed before placing your order, on the check-out screen. Sometimes we run promotions on certain days and deliver free of charge.
